# Peakviews

> A live preview of your whole stack for each pull request.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Ask Peak to turn on Peakviews for your workspace.

Peakviews gives each pull request a live preview of your whole stack.
Peak builds it from the pull request's head commit on Peak's bare metal.
Expect it live about a minute after you push.
Expect it private by default.

Add no workflow file.
Merge nothing into your repository.

## Check what a preview runs

| Part | In each preview |
| - | - |
| Services | Your frontend and backends, built from your Dockerfiles |
| Databases | Its own Postgres, MySQL, ClickHouse, or Redis databases |
| Link | One HTTPS URL per pull request on peakview\.now |
| Access | GitHub sign-in for people who can read the repository |

## Check the speed

Peak and Render each built previews of one customer's 9-service stack.
Both built the same 8 commits from the same Dockerfiles.
Each time runs from git push until the preview served the new commit.

| Push to live | Render | Peak |
| - | - | - |
| Median of 8 pushes | 3m08s | 1m09s |

Peak pushes with a warm build cache went live in 55 s.
Measured in October 2026.
