# Manage your team

> Invite teammates and manage access.

## Before you start

* Sign in as an Admin to manage the team.
* Invite people whose emails are approved for Peak access.
* Check that they do not already belong to a Peak workspace.

## Invite a teammate

Open your account menu → Settings → Organization.

1. Enter their email.
2. Choose Member or Admin.
3. Choose Invite member.

| Role | Choose it to |
| - | - |
| Member | View runners, runs, and the team; manage repository setup. |
| Admin | Also manage GitHub connections, runner settings, API tokens, and the team. |

Accept invitations with the invited email before creating a separate workspace.
Verify that email and accept the beta terms when asked.

## Manage invitations

Choose Resend for a pending invitation or Revoke to cancel it.
For an expired invitation, choose Dismiss and invite the person again.

## Change roles or remove access

Keep at least one Admin.
Change a member's role beside their name.
To remove them, choose Remove, then Confirm removal.
To leave as an Admin, assign another Admin and choose Leave beside your name.

Check that their API tokens stop working after demotion or removal.
Create new tokens if you restore their Admin access.
Reconnect GitHub with another Admin if a connection loses access after removal.
