Find the preview URL

Expect one URL for each pull request on peakview.now.

https://pr-42-web-1a2b3c4d.peakview.now

The URL holds the pull request number, the repository name, and the start of your workspace ID. Expect the URL to stay the same on every push. To open previews on your own domain, see Custom domain.

Choose access

Access	Who can open the preview
Private	Visitors who sign in with GitHub and have read access to the repository. This is the default.
Public	Anyone with the link

Sign in to Peak as an Admin to change it.

Open Previews.
Open your repository.
Under Access, choose Private or Public.

Expect the change on every preview of the repository.

Open a private preview

Open the URL. Sign in with GitHub when asked. Expect the sign-in to last 8 hours on that preview URL. If Peak denies access, ask for read access to the repository on GitHub.

Check the preview’s own pages

Page	What to do
Building	Wait. The page reloads itself.
Starting	Wait. Peak is starting a stopped preview.
Build failed	Open the Peakviews check on the pull request.
Not responding	Check that your app listens on its port.
Too many requests	Wait a minute and retry.

Expect Peak to ask search engines not to index previews. Expect rate limits on every preview.
